Lumivara ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and your choices. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA and CASL.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you submit the contact or resource forms we collect your name, email, company, SAP landscape and message.
- Nothing covert. If analytics are enabled they are cookieless and aggregate (no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles) — there is nothing to consent away.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send occasional Clean Core notes.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information — ever.
Where it's stored
Enquiry details are stored in Canada. We keep them only as long as needed to help you, then delete them on request.
Email & consent (CASL)
We only email you about something you asked for or consented to, and every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Withdraw consent any time by emailing hello@lumivara.ca.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@lumivara.ca and we'll respond promptly.
