The 2 weeks, day by day
Module codes (M01–M14, B01–B03) reference the Clean Core Academy curriculum — the same backbone available to the team digitally before and after the engagement.
Days 1–5
Week one — the RAP & Clean Core Bootcamp

Day 6
Your codebase, honestly — the ATC baseline workshop
M08- Run the cloud-readiness baseline on your actual custom code, together
- Group findings by remediation pattern, not by object count
- Build the worst-first backlog as a team — and agree what gets retired instead of fixed
- Exemption discipline: when a finding is genuinely acceptable and how to record it
Day 7
Remediation clinics — pairing on real objects
M05 M08 M12- Pair-programming rotations on items from your own backlog, with coaching
- The recurring patterns: BDC → released APIs, user exits → BAdIs, SELECT * → projection
- How-to recipes: error idioms, config externalization, testability on the way through
- End-of-day review: what each pair shipped, what fought back, what that predicts
Days 8–9
Build week — one real object, rebuilt clean
M04 M06 M13- Each pair rebuilds its chosen legacy object as a CDS + RAP application in your dev system
